What if I don't have a digital floor plan?
A clear photo of the printed drawing works fine — just make sure the whole layout is visible and well-lit. If you genuinely have nothing on paper, message your designer and they'll help you sort it out.
Is the price I build final?
If your quote is built from an early read of your plan, you'll see a note that the final number may move by up to ±15% once your designer confirms measurements on a site visit. Once your designer reviews and sends the confirmed quote, that number holds.
Can I change my mind on a room after I've built it?
Yes — anything in your quote can be adjusted any time before you submit it. Sizes, finishes, add-ons, even whether a room is included at all.
What happens after I submit for review?
Your designer checks the pricing and scope, usually within 24–48 hours. If anything needs a tweak, you'll be able to ask for changes right from the same screen — no separate emails or calls needed.
